Tender beef short ribs combined with fresh veggies, French herbs and a touch of red wine cooked until they fall off of the bone. Accompanied by jasmine or brown rice.Cooking Instructions
Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Heat a large roasting pot to medium on the stove, add 2 tablespoons olive oil then add short ribs, bacon onions and garlic. Brown ribs on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes, add sauce/vegetable bag mixture, stir all ingredients to mix. Then bake, placing covered roasting pot in pre-heated 350º place and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
